I'm very, very happy, the guys were very hard working and the standard of work excellent - I've never seen such good work. My neighbour had damage at the same time and his builder's work was very poor & the builder had to return to put it right.

10 out of 10 - absolutely! The level of expertise of your tradesmen is second to none. I am so glad I used FFDR as Direct Line's recommended builder. I could so easily have accepted a cash settlement and arranged my own repairs as I have family & friends in the trade. Your men were not intrusive and were respectful of me and my property. There was no mess, dust or paint left when they had finished. I will use FFDR for future jobs and so will my friends after seeing the quality of your work.

FFDR are the Rolls Royce of the building trade. The tradesmen were very polite and cleaned up after the job was done. nothing was too much trouble and the workmanship is second to none!
